Love the food and they have fast service.

I loved the food. You can see the cooks while they cook. I come here for the best Chinese food. I give this place a 3 for great food.

I ordered for years and then when they started to cut back on portions I drove to other places around town. I finally went back for convenience and ignored their 87 RATING...big mistake! I ate a pint of their PORK LO MEIN and got FOOD POISONING!! I was sick all last week and even after 9 days I still don't feel well. NEVER WILL I GO BACK!!

Such decorous people. Awesome customer service and great food. We need more of these establishments around Winston-Salem. FYI if you didn’t know there local vendor makes quality trinkets and decor for your home. All hand made and you can’t beat the prices!

Peace of China, more like piece of trash. This place is as shady as it gets. I went to this place on June 6, 2018 with the intention of buying dinner. Upon my arrival i noticed that the building structure lacked cleanliness both in and out. I should have just walked away, which i did after I noticed that one of the cooks was in the kitchen cutting his finger nails! I said hey your cutting your nails! He just looked up at me purplexed and continued cutting his nails. I then told another guy hey that guy over thete is cutting his nails near food to which he replied oh ok, one moment please and then walked away and never returned. I' am appalud at what i saw today.

Service was good. My order was good. Service was swift.

People are friendly but food is very greasy. Even the lighter options on the menu are coated in too much oil.

Food was terrible! Got beef and broccoli and the meat had no season. Almost taste raw or old. Very upset

This is the most disgusting place ever. How do you mess up sesame chicken which I'm sure is their best seller. Their sanitation is sub par. Their customer service is even worse. Their egg rolls and pork fried rice are grotesque as well. Avoid this place at all risk! Gloves and never worn and they do not wash their hands!

This place is very hit and miss. That's why I usually dont come here

Took 20 mins to fix my one cashew chicken lunch special. They were not very friendly. Portion was small, compared to other fast Chinese places. The sauce in the chicken and veggies was not very good, kind of ruined the veggies. Overall the food wasn't terrible, I guess. But Mr. Lu's on Robinhood Rd beats this place in every way possible.

I actually like it here, the food is tasty. I usually stick to the same I always go with chicken. The last time I ordered beef and broccoli, the beef was very chewy not good. The chicken is always good though. The people that work there, assuming they are the owners, are nice as well!

Bad service. The lady cashier is very rude I will not order from them again. I hate that because I really enjoyed there shrimp fried rice

They are rude and impolite. Very cold. I walked in and they didn't welcome me much less smile. Not going back ever again. They don't even like giving fortune cookies! You have to beg them for one.

Reasonable prices but it can be slow at times

they didn't pick up my phone calls, it was 2:00am and I was stoned and had the munchies, I was willing to pay 150$ worth of food, never ordering here again

Tacos are traditional and tasty

Nothing special about this place. China Express on Waughtown out does them by 1000 and customer service is out the window. Not impressed at all.

Very good food

I get food here once a month because it's close by and 99% of the time it tastes great. The kids love the sesame chicken, wings, lo mein, egg drop soup, fried dumplings it's all good. I've never had issues with the service either. Ffs the same 2 people work open to close everyday. I've gotten Chinese takeout from other places on the north side that is ass compared to POC. Check them outIt's just as good as mr Lu's.
